Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OnSquared(“we”, “us”, “our”) handles your information when you visit our website or contact us. We take a privacy-first approach: we do not run tracking systems, and we do not store your personal data in any database or on any server of our own. It also sets out your rights under the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

1. Who we are

The data controller responsible for your information is OnSquared. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach us at onsquare.partnerships@gmail.com.

2. Our privacy-first approach

We want to be completely clear about what we do not do:

  • We do not store your personal data on our own servers or in any database.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles about you.

3. The only information we collect

The only personal information we actively collect is what you choose to send us through our enquiry form (or by emailing us). This may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your website and/or company name
  • Your indicative budget
  • The project details and anything else you include in your message

When you submit the enquiry form, this information is sent directly to our email inbox so that we can read and reply to your enquiry. It is not saved to a database or shared anywhere else.

4. Technical information & your device

Like almost all websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this to identify you.

Some features of the site may store information only on your own deviceusing your browser’s local storage (for example, remembering a choice or an image you add). This never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

5. Why we use your information & our lawful basis

We only use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and, if you go ahead, deliver our services. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is our legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us) and/or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We will only send you marketing if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

6. Who can see your information

Your enquiry is seen only by us. The providers that make this possible simply transmit or store the message on our behalf: our email provider (Google / Gmail), which receives and holds your enquiry email, and our website hosting provider, which serves the website. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

7. How long we keep it

Because your enquiry lives in our email inbox, we keep it only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your message at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

8. How we protect your information

Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we use reputable email and hosting providers with their own security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is used (this policy);
  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to our use of your data;
  • data portability; and
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To exercise any of these, just email onsquare.partnerships@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

10. Cookies & consent

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you first visit, we show a short privacy notice so you can accept or decline; your choice is remembered on your device. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first, as required by PECR.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version.

13. Contact us

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, please email us at onsquare.partnerships@gmail.com.

14. How this website was built

In the interest of transparency: this website — including this Privacy Policy — was designed and built using the tools, resources and skills of artificial intelligence (AI).
